Structured training from foundational concepts to advanced analytical methods. The Fundamentals Course runs every year; the Statistical Methods and Advanced Applications courses each run every other year.
Executive directors, directors, managers, supervisors, specialists, and analysts entering or supporting load research.
Analysts, planners, rate design analysts, load research analysts, and cost-of-service analysts working with load data, modeling, and sampling.
AEIC Fundamentals Course, a strong statistical background, or several years of load research experience. Familiarity with SAS, R, or Stata is helpful.
Load research, load analysis, forecasting, pricing design, and cost-of-service analysts — typically 3+ years of experience, though not a strict requirement.
Strong command of statistics and rate design concepts. Advanced analytical skills required.
