Power Delivery subcommittee

Storm Team

Mutual assistance and storm restoration coordination across utilities.

Areas of focus

What this subcommittee does.

Restoration practice, built before the storm. Major storm response is judged in public. This subcommittee is where members harden their playbooks against each other’s hardest events.

A subcommittee of the Power Delivery Committee, Storm Team gives power delivery professionals a forum to exchange ideas on severe-storm restoration and to develop the tools and best practices behind it – pre-storm checklists, restoration practice, storm-center operations, and system hardening.
