AEIC would like to congratulate Julie Sloat, President and CEO of American Electric Power (AEP), on being named AEP’s 11th CEO effective January 1st, 2023. We’d also like to congratulate current CEO Nicholas Akins, who will be stepping down to serve as Executive Chair of the AEP Board.
