Areas of Focus
The committee that tracks where metering is going.
Metering technology and the standards around it move constantly. Members get early operating experience from peers and a voice on the bodies that set the rules.
What the committee does: The committee studies new metering technology, reports real operating experience with electric metering equipment and systems, and oversees service entrance practice – and holds AEIC’s seats on ANSI, EPRI, UL, and other bodies governing metering safety and standardization.
Who it’s for: Metering engineers, operations leaders, and standards representatives.
Focus area tags: Metering Technology · Operating Experience · Service Entrance · ANSI/EPRI/UL Representation
