The Workforce Development Committee empowers a skilled,
diverse, and adaptable utility workforce through training, mentorship, and upskilling for industry evolution. This supports AEIC’s overall objectives by helping member
companies modernize workforce practices to ensure reliable and sustainable energy delivery for future generations.
The Committee meets twice a year in-person and holds monthly virtual meetings.
Members include utility professionals in human resources, workforce strategy, organizational development, and operations. Companies may have multiple representatives contributing to different workstreams.
