Welcome to AEIC's 140th Annual Meeting
AEIC’s Annual Meeting is the one place where you can join your peers to collaborate, network, and share ideas about how we can lead our industry forward to achieve a modern, more sustainable grid for all. Last year, more than 250 executives and senior leaders representing major electric utilities and other organizations came together to address our industry’s greatest operational challenges, from electrification to the supply chain. We can’t wait to see you all this September in Colorado Springs, CO!

What to Expect
I would like to welcome you to AEIC’s 140th Annual Meeting. With the help of our sponsors and member companies, we’ve put together an excellent program focused on our theme of “Champions for Change”. You will hear from many of the top leaders in our industry, discussing the challenges and opportunities we’re facing as we head into the last half of this decade and beyond. Unprecedented growth in customer demands, the emphasis on cleaner and more diverse power generation, and the increasing wrath of “Mother Nature” due to extreme climate change are just a few.
Since our founding meeting in 1885, change has continued to be a constant in our industry and, along the way, AEIC has grown and evolved to encompass a majority of the electric industry in North America. We now have nearly 200 member utilities with a reach to hundreds of other distribution utilities that we collectively serve.
This year’s 140th Annual Meeting is not only a unique forum for robust exchange of ideas and insights with one another, it is also a celebration of the exceptional level of commitment and the high quality of collective effort of our members, partners, and staff.
